Class of 1968

Hughes Croskey was my homeroom teacher for all the years that I was at Kenmore. He was a very wise man. He taught us that it mattered not how much money you made but how wisely you would spend it. He taught us how to Budget our money and to put 10% of every paycheck into a savings program. When you need a loan you can barrow from yourself. Never use a credit card unless you already have money in the bank to cover it. He taught us how to grow a lot of peas and carrots. A big thanks to Mr. Croskey. We have not bought from a store any peas or carrots for over 40 plus. I am out of debt and I have never had credit card debt and we have money in savings to help us when we need it. Perhaps you too could receive some help from Mr. Croskey the same as I did.
