About Me	Health Coach with Take Shape For Llife I have lost 80 pounds and was in danger of losing mobility due to chronic pain in lower back, hips, knees, feet and ankles. I am learning new life Habits of Health so that I can continue to dance for many happy years to come. I am working on my certificate for being a Life Coach. My joy is to help other people learn more about who they are, find their strengths, and to reach goals they set for themselves. Part of the job of a coach is to bring awareness to the knowledge they have within to be their own best friend.
