About	Kerrie Lynn (Gortat) Mayhew 1963-2017 Our beloved daughter, sister, mother, and aunt, passed away unexpectedly March 27, 2017, at age 54. Kerrie was born January 5, 1963, in Salt Lake City, Utah to Terry and Joann (Madill) Gortat. She grew up with her best friend and twin brother, Shane Gortat; sister, Tammy (Kevin) Killpack; and brother, Tony (Tammy) Gortat. She cherished her Mommy. They all enjoyed family vacations and fun shenanigans. Kerrie had an extraordinary love for her sons, Nick Tapia, Dustin Myers, and step-son Justin Mayhew. She also cherished the time she was able to spend with her grandchildren. She was able to experience unconditional love in life through marriage with Mark Mayhew. She is preceded in death by her father, Terry, and brother, Shane. She will be missed by family and friends who love her deeply. We will celebrate her life Saturday, April 15, 2017, from 1-3pm at The Adventure Church 352 w. 12300 s. Draper, Utah. We will carry her in our hearts always and know she is dancing with Shane into the wild blue.
