Carlester Crumpler Jr., born on September 5, 1971, in Greenville, North Carolina, is a renowned former American football player. Standing tall at 6 ft 6 in and weighing 253 lb, Crumpler carved out a notable career as a tight end in the National Football League.

He's a proud alumni of Junius H. Rose High School in Greenville, North Carolina. After high school, he attended East Carolina University, where he played as a tight end for the East Carolina Pirates and achieved All American in 1993. His prowess in the field saw him being selected to the 1993 Walter Camp team as the best tight end in college football.

In the 1994 NFL Draft, Crumpler was picked in the 7th round by the Seattle Seahawks. He had an impressive run with them from 1994 to 1998, after which he joined the Minnesota Vikings for a year in 1999. During his career, Crumpler played in 78 NFL games, made 90 receptions, covering a total of 979 receiving yards, and scored 4 receiving touchdowns.
