About Event
The cost will be $75 per alumni. Guests are $45. This will cover the cost of dinner at Tracy's Crab Shack on 7/6 as well as food for the picnic on 7/7, the shelter rental fee, and incidentals like decorations, printing nametags, etc. The reception at Louie's on 7/5 and pre-dinner drinks at Amalga Harbor on 7/6 are no-host events so no ticket is needed to attend them.

About Event
Join us at Louie's for a welcome reception to get the reunion weekend started. Partners and spouses are welcome! There will be a no-host bar, a food truck and plenty of 80's music. Weather permitting, we are planning to have a bonfire at Sandy Beach following this event.

Please join us for a no-host pre-function event before dinner. The Amalga Distillery will be creating a special "Class of 89" drink in our honor and non-alcoholic drinks will also be available. After you try a beverage at Amalga, you can head down the street to Tracy's Crab Shack for our dinner.

Join us for a delicious crab dinner hosted by Juneau's own famous Tracy's Crab Shack. The reunion ticket includes a meal and one free drink. There will be a live band (The High Fives) performing. Partners/spouses are welcome. There will also be a no-host bar. We'll need a head count by mid-June.

One week to go! I've had several of you ask what you could do to help out...which is much appreciated! There are a couple of things that I could use help with:
It looks like the weather is going to cooperate for us (yay!) all weekend. The plan is to have a bonfire at Sandy Beach on Friday night after Louies. We have some pallets, but if there is anyone who would be willing to take the lead on getting the pallets to Sandy Beach, getting the fire started (kindling, etc), perhaps procuring a keg of beer (paid for by reunion funds) that would be awesome!
There are some grills on site at Sandy Beach for Sunday's picnic, but they aren't very big and require charcoal. I am looking for volunteers to bring a propane barbecue or two, and a couple of people willing to work as grill masters for the hot dogs and burgers.
Please let me know if you would be willing to help out with either of these things!

I hear there has been some confusion on registration so I just wanted to make sure you knew that the payment button is separate from the RSVP button. I am trying to collect all payment by June 15 so I can pay our vendors the following week. You should be able to go to your profile and select the payment button which is right next to the RSVP button and pay via Paypal.
