My brother Mario was such a diverse person.
Mario was a full-blooded San Antonio, Texas Native in his own loving heart.
The Indigenous history roots of
1) SPANISH heritage roots
2) Family DNA of Central Northern Mexico roots
I always believed that my brother Mario had a true Spanish spirit.
He loved TEJANO music and enjoyed good old Texas style beer. He loved gatherings and parties among his friends. He loved good old homemade Mexican food made by none other than mom. He loved being a single man. He also loved the Navy because they sent him overseas to Spain. Of course, he loved the beaches in Spain. He loved the true authentic Spanish food and drinks when he had lived in Spain. The Spanish community had fallen in love with him. His heart had fallen in love with Spain as well and living in the Spanish cultural overseas.
Mario loved Fiesta in San Antonio, Texas. Our family served many people who visited our Chalupa booth during Fiesta 1995.
My brother wanted family togetherness to involve living life to the fullest.
I MISS my brother Mario's spirit of joy and happiness.
He was my brother who made it possible to enjoy the
meaning of life, joy and happiness thru many celebrations.

Forever thankful and forever grateful to my brother Mario.
Mandee Victoria Valentina Patterson - my daughter - had Mario as her Uncle who gave meaning to her about family.
Forever missing and loving my brother— Mario!
