Survived by her sisters Jackie Scaggs (Class of 1966) and twin sister Barbara Lewellen, nee Scaggs (Class of 1969). Vicki legally changed her last name from Scaggs to Skaggs in 1973. Born with cerebral palsy, corrective surgeries delayed her graduation from 1969 to 1970.
