I . As many have already heard , lost my child as have some of my other class. I am deeply sorry for those lives lost.

I’ll just say thanks to those who tried in their best God fearing vessel, to support me. That is appreciated my daughter. Sophie Alexandra Bertrand was born 4/15/2003 and died in crash in frintage road on Feb 4th 2021 because she was a innocent , clean as a whistle, PASSENGER!!

I endured many things as most parents who lost their child goes through,

But I have never been more disrespected by Iowa High School in my entire life my entire life

I’m sorry if you care or don’t care I’m to the point I’m sure it’s not worth telling anymore

But Sophie existed. Sophie was a yellow jacket and to have to beg Iowa high to honor her and have the principal and assistant principal talk to me so demeaning and rude I’m saying this one time

It’s no threat it’s a promise
I called for a simple plaque that got the most uprise from a man I thought was on our side I can care less any more. Between taking begging for approval I finally got s bench approved. Oh ya yay. But it had to have his words and not one single picture of my child

This was a 3000 granite beautiful bench with class and just because I said I disagreed with his choice ugly gray I said it belongs on graves it does. Gray granite is a gray ledger atop graves that are beautiful


So he approved my color. Finally then said no picture because my daughter picture would be inappropriate. Inappropriate!!!!! That it would look like a grave marker or belonging in a grave yard. Really can’t even use his own words he retorts mine



Then I paid one thousand dollars for an essay. That btw was approved. It was simple simple. It was 4 questions with not one single derogatory questions nor names. It was approved to be put into the school


Mall of a sudden mr principal says that my essay offended people. Kids were offended


Mae. In our class had teachers as authority now babe it’s the kids rule

Mail make s long story dhort I have mot one good not one reason not one ever never way in my life want amy part of Iowa high school



I never felt more betrayed I. My life and Ms Fontenot that assist principal was just as rude


They supposedly had a bite on her picture

I said how. Y’all never even had granite company present a present station. I’m saying this


She was in his office as he spoke to me. Her words as he just said no. No to my childs picture

So I kindly asked how did you vote on something you never even seen


She got rude and said it’s no just no it’s not happening so I moved over to the side of the road and I said as kind as I have from the beginning. Well ok. I’ll get the thought process of this straight and call you back she then went so far


As to when I asked about how my thousand dollar winner essay was going her answer was well two I think kids requested info on it but maybe maybe one might write it


I said how’s my memories from the kids coming about my daughter

I’m a very ugly tone as if I’m a child being told off. She says well like I told you before they will be. And I stopped her. I said oh yes they come to my mail I forgot after all I have alot on my mind I’m sorry. I was kind every single call every single rejection every single disgrace to Sophie

Msorry my essay is about reality and is now pulled. Imagine the equipment the ball players could’ve used in her honor had one just one so called adult in authority daid hey we could use it in that department in her honor but no instead they chose to be rude I yes men and pathetic in my opinion but that’s an opinion I’ve never had iiwa hurt me so much in my entire life so good lucky my former jackets


My daughter is above that better than that and I deserve an apology I never got


All this for a simple hey could I have a small plaque in hall for soph

So I’m done I love y’all but I’m no longer s yellow jacket. I’m ashamed of what they are. I’m ashamed of my friends who even work there who couldn’t even stick their heads in his office and say hey. What’s the deal with a picture looking like a grave. But that’s ok all those posters out there look fantastic and all the paint looks perfect and it matches so great

And I’m so sorry they thought this was going in their front yards at their homes I mean did it hurt that much to say


No problem here.


Instead I got the her jaw show with two people who are more disrespectful than kids throwing rocks on her grave



They allowed a essay a child a mother of a deceased child become their target of their apparent daily problems



Yes Iowa alumni thanks to those who valued her and me and tried and actually helped and some I. N many ways. But to those who passed the buck. Go figure. Wow. I’m done

Mr hats my child and I won’t stop till he gets her obituary out of the yearbook as well. I mean what I’m the world is this school coming to


I’m like laughing if I wouldn’t be emotional debilitating by all this


But I’ll snap back. But not one dime of mine nor clap nor go Iowa ever to tf again thanks Iowa. Or should I say diexxxtz property LLC and Ms f front yard humiliation of a bench it’s so silly y’all are so so silly shame o. Your selves shame on you my child has more class I. Her axx than y’all do in your life. She saved people she saved the driver that flipped the everliving vehicle but you know what Iowa.
