Class of 1965 Graduating Class Composite
GOOD NEWS!
our class composite has been enlarged to 35x27 (from one of the 8x10 originals) and it has been framed, and it is now ready to present to the indian lake local board of education.
as per the communication below with indian lake's treasurer, we will be placed on the agenda for the september 20, 2010 board of education meeting, which will be held in the board room, at 6:30 pm.
i am hoping to have a good representation at the meeting when our graduation pictures (35x27 and 16x20) are presented to the indian lake local board of education. please attend if you can.
at long last, we, too, will be a part of indian lake local's pictorial history!

RE: Class of 1965, Class Composite
WHEREAS, the class composite of the Indian Lake High School's Class of 1965 has been missing from the beginning, as near as anyone can remember, a reunion subcommittee, consisting of Larry Richardson, Ginny Myers Snapp, Pam Minnich Wallace, and Connie Antram Wells, was given permission from the class-at-large at its 45th class reunion, held July 10, 2010, to have a 35x27 composite reproduced with the intent to gift the said finished product to the Indian Lake Local Board of Education, and to request that the composite be placed in the Indian Lake High School's hallway between the 1964 and 1966 graduating class pictures.
On behalf of the Class of 1965, the members of the 45th Class Reunion Committee respectfully request that the gift item be placed on the Board of Education's agenda. We also request notice of the date in which this item will be presented to the Board, so that representatives from the Class of 1965 may, in turn, be in attendance to present its gift to the Indian Lake Local School District, pending approval and acceptance.
In addition, the 45th Class Reunion Committee will also be prepared to gift a 16x20 composite to the school district to be placed in the portable hinged display boards, currently housed in the teacher's lounge of the high school, that was created for further viewing and easier access, and has been available annually at the All-Class Alumni Banquets, held on the second Saturday of June. Further, it is requested that the gifted 16x20 composite be placed between the graduating class pictures of 1964 and 1966.
It is our firm belief that the Class of 1965 should be a part of Indian Lake Local's pictorial history, and it is with great anticipation and excitement that the composite of the Class of 1965 be in place, where it belongs, after such a long absence.
