Armon Deshawn Johnson, known widely for his prowess on the basketball court, is a notable alumnus of Hug High School in Reno, Nevada. Born on February 23, 1989, in Chicago, Illinois, Johnson shaped an illustrious basketball career both in college and professional ranks.

During his three-year career at the University of Nevada, he averaged 14.3 points, 3.7 rebounds, and 4.4 assists across 101 games. His outstanding performance led him to be drafted in the second round of the 2010 NBA Draft as the 34th overall pick by the Portland Trail Blazers.

Johnson made his NBA debut in 2010, launching a professional career that lasted until 2017. He played for the Portland Trail Blazers from 2010 to 2012, stepping down briefly to play for the Idaho Stampede. In 2012, he moved on to the New Jersey Nets.

His career later took him overseas, where he played for BC Astana, Valladolid, and Le Mans Sarthe Basket from 2012 to 2015. He also had stints with the Austin Spurs and the Nevada Senators.
