About	David Hull (1/8/1950 – 2/22/1997) A graveside service will begin at 12:30 p.m. Thursday at Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery for David D. Hull, 47, who died in Vancouver Saturday, Feb. 22, 1997, of astrocytoma, a brain tumor. Mr. Hull was a maintenance supervisor. He is survived by his wife, Toni, at home; his mother, Althea Granger of Vancouver; his father, Royce Hull of Centralia, Wash.; one daughter, Nora Hull of Vancouver; one son, Jesse of Vancouver; two brothers, Tom of Myrtle Creek, Ore., and Jason of Vancouver; and his grandmother, Ethel Austin of Vancouver. Born Jan. 8, 1950, in Chehalis, Wash., Mr. Hull had lived in Vancouver most of his adult life. A Marine Corps veteran, he served in the Vietnam War. He enjoyed mountain climbing and martial arts.
