About	Peter L. Homchuck, 68, passed away at his home Friday October 30, 2015. He was born July 8, 1947 in Houlton, the son of Frederick and Ulianna (Garber) Homchuck. Peter graduated from Houlton High School in 1966 and went on to serve in the United States Army during the Vietnam Conflict. Upon coming home from the service he farmed with Walter Delong for a few years, but his main occupation was working in the woods. Peter loved spending time with his family and friends and will be missed by all who knew him. Although he battled health issues for many years he always knew he could count on his family. Peter also had a real love for gardening. He leaves behind his wife and best friend of forty four years Ada Homchuck of Littleton, four children, David Hanning and his wife Kimberly of Houlton, Darrell Hanning and his wife Heather of Houlton, Kendall Homchuck of Littleton, Frederick Homchuck and his wife Emily of Pineville, NC, eleven grandchildren, Darrell Hanning II, Andrew Hanning, Kiana Stewart, Hunter Hanning, Lily Hanning, Amelia Hanning, Owen Hanning, Joshua Hanning, Heidi Weise, Hank Weise, Olivia Homchuck, two great granchildren, Harper and Ella Hanning. He will also be missed by a special sister Jeanette Delong, his twin brother Paul Homchuck. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his brothers, Raymond and Rudolph Homchuck
