About	HOULTON – Mary J. (Patchell) Pope, 56, died June 14, 2004, at Houlton. She was born June 17, 1947, in Houlton, the daughter of Maynard and Ferne (Swimm) Patchell. Mary graduated in 1991 with an LPN degree, and in 1995 with an RN degree. She worked at Gardner Nursing Home and Houlton Regional Hospital. Mary loved nursing and was compassionate and “said it like it was.” She is survived by one daughter, Annette Tomilson and her two children, Corey and Garrett of Union, N.H.; two sisters, Joan and husband, Ralph Ivey, of Houlton, Bonnie and husband, Stephen Codrey, of Littleton; many nieces and nephews; and many close friends; special dog, Lady Bug. She was predeceased by her parents. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, June 15, 2004, at Bowers Funeral Home, 10 Water St., Houlton, with funeral services being held 11 a.m. Wednesday, at the Bridgewater Baptist Church, Bridgewater, with the Rev. Robert Vaughan officiating. A time of fellowship will immediately follow at the church. Interment will be in the Evergreen Cemetery, Houlton.
