He is survived by his wife Jeanette (Holmchuck); two daugters, Debra and Valerie; three sons, Fred, Joe and Allen; three brothers, Leon, Alvin and Gary; two sisters, Pat and Candice; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
