About	Rodney Eugene French, of Wagoner (formerly of Stilwell and Hominy), died Monday, August 17, 1992 at Hillcrest Hospital in Tulsa. He was 27 years old. French died of injuries sustained in a one-vehicle traffic accident about one mile east of Wagoner. He was taken to Wagoner Community Hospital, then transferred by helicopter to Tulsa. He was born June 14, 1965, in Oklahoma City to Cone Johnson French and Beverly Jean French Carpenter. He had a bread delivery route in Wagoner, and was also a volunteer fireman in Wagoner. He was preceded in death by his father. Survivors, in addition to his mother Jean, include: two brothers, Donald, of Oklahoma and Richard, of Kentucky; two sisters, Connie and Dianna, both of Oklahoma; his grandparents, Lawrence and Eva, of Oklahoma; his stepfather, Willard of Oklahoma; two nephews and one niece. Graveside services were held at the Stilwell City Cemetery with the Rev. Aaron Barton officiating. Interment was under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home.
