About Event
Tickets are going to be $55 per person, breakdown on what we have to get paid for with me very little wiggle room, currently the class account typically only has enough to put down the deposit and buy something’s ahead of time, we count on the number of people going to help break even at a minimum and then replenish what was used for the next reunion: 1. D.J. 2. Food (buffet style this time) 3. Decorations ... 4. The Delaney House itself to include the linens 5. and a few misc things Please mail the checks to: HHS Class of 1983 C/O Tilly Armstead 1222 Main St Holyoke, MA 01040 Now that we have enough notice ahead of time you can send your payment or partial payments to the address above. The Drop dead date to RSVP and Pay for your ticket is Nov 1st. If you do not plan on attending and if you are in a position to do so, please considering buy a ticket or so for others that may be in a more difficult position. However please keep in mind this is only a suggestion and totally voluntary. In the past many of our classmates have done this and wished to stay anonymous as well as the others that received these gifts. BTW, One last note, though the ending time says it is for 12:30, that is only for the room we are paying for, the Bar in the Delaney house (The Mic ) is where we will all migrate to for those that wish to continue the festivities. Additional Information: The Hotel Next door to the Delaney House, we have a group rate for 20 standard rooms for $89.00 and 5 double queen suite rooms at $119 for Saturday Nov 30th. ATTENTION!!! Reservations for Rooms must be made NLT Oct 29th!!!
NO PAPER INVITATIONS WILL BE MAILED!!!!

I would just like to say looks like we are going to have a lot of great classmates coming to the reunion and thank you all for sending the money for you tickets ahead of time. Now for those still waiting please just us something in the mail shortly so we can get the best count of the # people going to tell the Delaney House for the food and especially the beverages, unfortunately, last time at the Delaney house we ran them out of booze...yeah go figure our class did that really :-)
Remember is it not that far away now and it will creep up on you quickly so don't wait.

Ok, all my fellow classmates, I know many people are procrastinators, but the summer vacation time has come to an end and the Reunion is getting closer, so if you are going please please mail in your payment. If we do not get enough people going we will have to cancel the reunion, and I know all you class of 83er's are not going to pass up an excuse to get together and have joyous time with your classmates while partaking in a few beverages. So help us out and throw us a bone will ya!!!!

This helps us going forward and hopefully helps you spread the cost out over a longer period of time. We have only received a couple so please take the time or at least set yourself a reminder to do so if you plan on going.
Please keep in mind if we do not have enough confirmations of people going, we will have to cancel this event.
