New Position Created To Speed, Streamline Customer Service
PAC Promotes Hodgson Vo-Tech Alum Bob Snover
Newark, DE: Robert Snover, Jr. has been named customer service manager for pneumatic conveying systems manufacturer Precision AirConvey Corp. (PAC), Newark, Del. (www.precisionairconvey.com). In the new position created to provide customers with a single point person to manage service opportunities, Snover will serve as a customer advocate responsible for coordinating efforts among engineering, sales, accounting and other internal departments to ensure service calls are positively resolved quickly and efficiently. Promoted from his position as production manager, Snover brings technical experience in manufacturing, installing and maintaining the company’s trim systems and auxiliary equipment as well as a proven track record for taking action on behalf of the customer. “Bob had already demonstrated considerable leadership in customer service,” says Tom Embley, CEO. “He understands the urgency involved when a customer calls so when we grew to the point that a dedicated position was needed, Bob was an obvious choice.” In recent years, the company has expanded its corporate headquarters, built a full scale, in-house testing laboratory and introduced a slate of recycling equipment while recording growth in revenues year after year.
