About	Michael John Kerns Born in Pennsylvania on January 31, 1947, Michael passed away on March 15, 2009 at the age of 62. Loving husband of Carole Kerns; step-father to Kristina and Gregory Clecak; step-grandfather to Jasmine Gabriella. Michael was the son of Jane Ryan and J. Michael Kerns; step-son of Cy Ryan; brother to Jacqueline Tinney, Patty Gillaspie and Marty Miller; brother-in-law to Joseph Tinney and Rod Miller; proud uncle to nine nieces and great-uncle to Charlie and Gracie Goodwin. Marine Corp Vietnam Veteran and recipient of two Purple Hearts, Michael enjoyed traveling on many religious pilgrimages with Our Lady's Prayer Group. Michael grew up in the SF Bay Area and was an avid Giants and 49ers fan. Will be remembered for his engaging smile and funny stories.
