About	Services for Sheila M. McCullough, 38, Indianapolis, Ind., formerly of Springfield, will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in Harry W. Moore Castelton Chapel, Indianapolis. Burial will be in Oak Lawn Cemetery, Indianapolis. Ms. McCullough died Friday in St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis, after a long illness.
