About	Charles Andrew "Andy” Nelson, 40, Sparta, passed away Thursday, September 10, 2009, in Cox South Hospital, Springfield. He was born January 29, 1969, in West Plains, Mo., to Charles Ira and Linda J. (Walton) Nelson. He graduated from Hillcrest High School in Springfield. Andy is survived by an 11 year-old son, Cody Andrew Nelson, Warrensburg, Mo.; his parents, Charles and Linda Nelson, Sparta, Mo.; a brother and sister-in-law, Chris and Teri Nelson, Billings, Mo.; and a sister, brother-in-law and niece, Cynthia (Nelson), Mike and Rachel Bryan, Ozark, Mo. There will be a memorial service at 2 p.m. Saturday, September 26, 2009, in Billings United Methodist Church. There will be a memorial fund set up at Commerce Bank for Cody Andrew Nelson.
