Reunion is a month away - are you ready?? It is time to register for Reunion! Reunion costs cover snacks and cokes Friday night, BBQ and Beer at Keeneland, and costs like nametags, tablecloths, etc. In light of our Recession Reunion and our goal for a budget friendly cost for everyone, we have no formal event planned for Saturday evening. However, we will be in touch with a location where we can all meet up and hang out. Here are the dets: Cost Before Reunion Weekend: 1 person: $25 2 people - $45 Children - Free Beginning October 2, 2009 our costs go up (so RSVP early!) 1 person - $30 2 people $ 60 Children - FREE How do I RSVP and pay for Reunion? So that your reunion hosts aren't left paying thousands of $$$ out of our own pockets, we are asking for payment in advance. To RSVP and pay for reunion, please use PayPal. (www.paypal.com) You will have to sign up with Pay Pal but it takes just 5 seconds! * Once you have signed up, click on the top tab "Send Money". *Once you have clicked on that tab, you will see a place to enter in the email address where you will send the money. Our email address is: HenryClay1999@gmail.com. *Next enter in the amount you are paying for you, guests and if you choose, a donation to the Marcie Thomason Scholarship Fund. *Payment can be made with check or credit card. * The money will be deposited into our Henry Clay Class of 1999 bank account set up by President Will. When we receive your payment, a member of the reunion committee will email you to confirm receipt of your payment, confirm any donation to the scholarship fund, and ask for the names of any guests.
