Dubuque...And All That Jazz! is a Friday night concert series highlighting the best jazz, blues, R&B, and salsa music in the mid-west. Admission is FREE. Come to the Town Clock Plaza to hang-out with Classmates, catch-up, eat/drink and dance! We will have a marked table set up in the plaza between the two NICC buildings, for classmates to have a meeting spot.
Please note: No carry-ins or coolers are allowed inside the festival grounds. Please patronize the Jaycees beverage stands and the great food vendors!
