Hotel confirmed with nightly group rates of $119.00 which includes breaskfast meal...their online registration will be available soon. Events are Friday afternoon/evening registration with evening Mixer and assorted hors d'oeuvre with cash bar. Saturday family picnic at Sandy Bottom Park and evening registration with... cruise aboard Miss Hampton II presenting buffet with cash bar and DJ on board. Costs are $125 for HHS Alumni per person and $75 per person spouses/guests for weekend events. Late registration at the door costs have yet to be determined. Cruise has limited space available so please book as early as possible. Causal attire all events...hospitality room Friday and Saturday afternoon/night. Save the Date cards will be sent out within a week with info for remittance of your registration fees. Web site has been created at www.hhs1970.com but is still under construction. We would appreciate any opportunity to work with you or your company to sponsor or assist in sponsoring some of the events planned. Please contact Betsy Kilgore Byrd or myself if you are or your company can assist in that effort of support for our 40th HHS Reunion...it would be appreciated...might even allow us to have ice for our drinks!
