About	Richard Keith Mensik of Castle Rock, Colorado died Tuesday, November 16, 1999 at his home. Mr. Mensik was born on August 14, 1947 in North Bend to Elmer James & Marietta Ann (Downey) Mensik. He graduated in 1965 from Grand Island Senior High School. He married Karolyn Kay Kelly on June 19, 1966 in Grand Island. He owned and operated Skate City in Aurora, Colorado from 1970 to 1992. He was a member of the Roller Skating Association board of directors and the USAC Roller Skating Committee. He coached roller speed skating clubs from 1970 to 1992. He enjoyed golf, skiing and camping. He moved to Castle Rock three years ago from Aurora. Survivors include his wife; one son, Mark of Olathe, Kansas; one daughter, Melissa Lundgreen of Castle Rock, Colorado.
