About	Robert "Bob" D. Schmitz, 70, of O'Neil died Thursday, February 8, 2018 surrounded by his family. Private graveside services were held Monday, February 12, 2018 in Merna. Bob was born on March 13. 1947 to Harley and Alta Schmitz in Loup City. Bob is survived by one daughter, Renee Maldonado of Denver, CO; one son, Richard (Casandra)Schmitz of Lincoln , NE and life-long friend Paula Bacon of O'Neill.
