The class of 1959 had a challenge from an anonymous donor to raise $2,500 and the funds would be matched dollar for dollar. Thanks to contributions from members of the class of 1959, area businesses and others, the challenge was met and there will be two scholarships in the amount of $2,500 each to be presented in honor of the 50th anniversary of the class of 1959! (This is in place of the original $1,000 scholarship that was planned)
