Here is the link to the Hilton Garden Inn. The rooms are $119 per night and there are 14 remaining since I just reserved my room. The rooms will be available until September 18th. After that, they will be made available to the general public. This is an awesome deal as the rooms are normally $188 per night! My thanks goes to Angie Pivac for helping us get this awesome arrangement! If all rooms get booked and there are more available, they can assist with more rooms - but my advice is to get it done early!

10/18/19 6:00 to 8:00 PM Cocktails at Reverie (Farmer's Park area). Mingle with your classmates and go to dinner with them after.
10/19/19 10:30 AM Tour of Glendale High School (Bud Donnell, Teacher and Coach at GHS has graciously offered to lead this tour of the school). Shop and go to lunch with classmates after or just toodle around Springfield,
10/19/19 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM Springfield Brewing Co. in Downtown Springfield - Come and spend the evening catching up with your classmates.
I am trying to get clarification on when the Football game will be and was originally told it would be on Thursday, October 17, 2019 - but all schedule's point to October 18th. We have classmates that have had children graduate from GHS and all have said that the Homecoming games are on Thursday evening - so there is a disconnect there right now..
We have a block of 15 rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn in the Farmer's Park area at $119 per night. There 10 Queen Rooms and 5 King Rooms. I do not have the link to post at this time, but will post as soon as I have it. I will be reserving my room as soon as I have the link.
The only thing that we will need payment for is our evening at the Springfield Brewing Co. There will be some appetizers provided for this payment. You are on your own for everything else. Here is the amounts due:
$25 per person if payment is made by 09/15/19
$35 per person if payment is made by 10/01/19
$40 per person if payment is made after 10/01/19
