45th Reunion Information - I want to keep everyone informed and involved as to the progress from tonight's reunion planning meeting. We met and tentatively set Saturday, April 21, 2012 as the date of the reunion. We also tentatively set the Brentwood Country Club as the site. Dan Martin (GHS Class of '66) has scheduled the Class of '66 Reunion there in 2 weeks He offered (and the club agreed) to have ours there as well. The per person cost for the Class of '66 reunion is $50 per person with a buffet dinner, free parking, close location, casual, dress and ample rooms for the reunion provided. They will also have a cash bar and we can stay later than the 10:00 at Montgomery Bell. That way everyone will not have to crash Sylvia’s room like last time. However, before a final decision is made, we will see how the Class of '66 reunion goes, how the facility works and get feedback from you. Remember, both the date and location are subject to change and the purpose of this email is to get your reaction. In fact, we have not checked whether the club is available on 4/21/12. We also discussed whether to have a picnic/lunch or other get-together(s) during the day that people can attend and catch up on old friendships. Do you have any thoughts or ideas?? I have a list of class members with contact information. I hope that you would ask for a copy and check your information as well as any other people in the class and let me know if there are any changes. Just ask and I will send it to your regular email address. Both Ken Sweeney and I are cross-checking information to try and have the latest information. Please let us know if you have any ideas or suggestions.
