About	Patrick McDonough Obituary Patrick McDonough, 23, died on November 24th, 2014, at Misericordia in Chicago, IL. He is survived by his loving parents, Barbara and Tim McDonough; and sister, brother-in-law and niece, Beth, Dan and Leila Saad. He was born on July 14th, 1991 in Evanston, IL. He was a proud graduate of Glenbrook North High School, Class of 2012, where he earned the sobriquet of "The Jokester." He was a gentle soul and a wonder and joy to all who knew him. He overcame multiple medical challenges and did so with grace and good humor. Funeral mass is scheduled for Wednesday, November 26th at 2:15pm at The Chapel at Misericordia, 6300 N. Ridge Avenue, Chicago. Visitation will begin at 1:00pm. A Memorial Service to be arranged in December. The family would like to express our sincere gratitude to the staff at Misericordia, especially those at McAuley and Conway, as well as his many medical caregivers, teachers and therapists for filling his life with meaning.
