BOOMERS 'R HEROES Caregiver Support Group for Baby Boomers
Greetings Classmates,
My name is Jean Cunningham Kirkley, class of '68 Germantown High. I've recently moved back to Phillly after almost 20 years, following the passing my husband and classmate A. Roy Kirkley, Jr. in January 2009. In his honor and memory, I've had it my heart to reach out to those of the Boomer era to support each other during this time of life where we find ourselves "sandwiched" between raising children, grands and taking care of parents. We need help too!!
My long-term goal is to open a Caregiver Provider Agency in Philadelphia providing non medical assistance to families in need, plus provide respite care so that the family members can take a break for themselves.
The links to my current sites act as a portal to reach the Boomers who are living as the Caregiver in their family. They need someone to talk to and learn how to cope with the issues as they arise.

Come on Class of January of '62!!
It's time for us to get together for our 50th reunion! We tend to procrastinate somewhat, but most times we've managed to get there. :) Contact anyone you still are in touch with from our class and let's get this thing going! Would love to see everyone again....we might have a wrinkel or two, but we're still the same people... :)
