It's a BYOB Affair and any additional guest will be $10 each. $30 will cover you and 1 guest. Directions:Avondale Park 5th Ave South key factor, turn left at the Library pass the park and make another left go up the hill and it's located on the left. If you are coming from the South you will turn right but bare left to be next to the park and make a left turn go up the hill and the Villa is on the left.
