I’d like to express my sincere gratitude to those of you would attended our 50th tear reunion events. Especially those of you who made the sacrifices to travel long distances. I hope everyone enjoyed themselves.
Though things might not have gone per script, it went well and I think and hope that a good time was had by all. I heard from more than one that they came in with some reservations but left feeling glad they came.
I regret that I may have missed speaking with some folks and even with those I spoke with more extensively, it seemed like we’d just scratched the surface. I really enjoyed seeing you all and seeing the changes we’ve gone through.
Shout out to all of you who brought such amazing food. Ribs? Wow! I’d already eaten earlier to be ready for our (delayed) start and therefore didn’t try them but watched others gnawing on and enjoying them. A lot of work and well appreciated. Ditto for Gayle Ann’s smoked Kokanee.
I am so thankful for the imagination of our committee. Gail and Lydia had such great ideas. Loved the photo booth frames were well received as well as the vintage clothing that Gail brought. Sandra’s play list was fantastic. Randy provided so much tangible help with signs and logistics. When we would bring up an issue, He would responded “I got this”. He also contributed substantially in a material way. Everyone contributed to a difficult search for our classmates.
Finally, a big thanks to Bill Steindl and Fran Bates for hosting us in their beautiful home and providing chairs, tables and other furniture.
And thank God for beautiful days at both the reunion and the picnic.

The class of 1969 experienced history on a regular basis: The Summer of Love, the Tet Offensive, Nixon's rise to power, The Beatles' creative peak... very few spans of time can claim to have shaped American culture as much as the late 60's, and you & your Foster High School classmates experienced it together.

Now as you and your fellow Bulldogs prepare to enjoy retirement it's the perfect time to reunite and share where life has brought you in the last five decades. Your reunion is scheduled and AlumniClass is your spot for arranging travel plans, ordering custom Bulldogs merchandise to show off your school spirit, and connect with classmates ahead of time.
