Our sites act as a medium for alumni, school faculty and all other users to come together and share information, reconnect, and other content. The site is not responsible for posting content, nor does it guarantee that any content will be posted on the site. All content on the site comes from users and members and Alumniclass.com has minimal control over content on the site. Alumniclass.com does not guarantee the accuracy, inaccuracy, quantity, quality or lack of any information uploaded on the Site. By accepting these Terms or Use, you acknowledge and understand that it is the responsibility of all members to post useful content and information on the Sites and that any lack of information that you may be seeking is not the responsibility of Alumniclass.com. No portion of any membership fee is refundable under these terms which you agree to be bound by if you join or use the Sites in any manner. When you become a member or use the Sites you are granting Alumniclass.com certain rights to use the content you submit, upload or post on the Site. No compensation or any other consideration will be paid for the use of your any content you provide, including, without limit, any photograph, artistic work or other content you provide. MEMBERSHIP AND ACCESS TO SITE

If you are browsing, surfing or using the Sites you are agreeing to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, regardless if you have registered or become a member. If you do not agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy please do not use our Sites. By proceeding past the first page of the registration process you are confirming that you have read and agree to these terms of use and our Privacy Policy and agreeing that a profile membership will be created for you, and the registration information which you entered will be used according to the terms of our Privacy Policy. THE SITE IS SOLELY INTENDED FOR USE BY PERSONS 13 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER. BY ACCESSING AND USING THE WEBSITE, YOU ARE CERTIFYING THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 13 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. PAID MEMBERSHIPS

To have full access to all areas of our site you must submit a payment and select one of our upgraded paid membership options. However one is not required to pay a fee to register or to use the Sites but will only have limited access to the Sites, features, functions, services and other Site content. To access some areas, information and/or services provided on the Sites does require the purchase of a paid upgraded membership and/or the payment of a membership fee. When you register on the Sites as a free member you will not have access to all functions, features, services and some other portions of the Sites. We reserve the right to change, edit, remove, discontinue, add, create, functions, features, services and any other portion of the Site at any time. The cancelation of your paid membership is your only remedy with respect to any dispute you may have relating to the site or your paid membership. You may at any time cancel your membership and remove your profile. Your membership cancelation, should you choose to cancel, is subject to our no refund policy and no portion of any fee will be refunded.

COMMUNICATIONS

By registering on the Sites and providing your email address you are agreeing to receive email communications from us as stated in our PRIVACY POLICY. By registering you agree we will email you with promotions, newsletters, apparel sales, discounts, updates, reunion information, paid membership promotions, membership upgrades, profile views, Site activity and all other lawful information that Alumniclass.com deems necessary to email you. To bypass the payment area and remain a non-paid member, first return to the homepage of the Site and then log in with your log in information. Note that even if you have not paid for membership, you are still to abide by our Terms of Use while browsing our Sites in any manner. Please be aware that issues may arise that interfere with your receipt of emails. For example, including, without limit, some types of email systems use filtering or email blocking techniques that block some emails. Alumniclass.com is not responsible for the actual delivery or your actual receipt of any emails or other communication from the Sites.

YOUR PASSWORD

When you choose to register and become a member you are required to create a password. Your activity on the Sites will be monitored and traced back to your password and membership. It is important for you to keep your password secure and you are fully responsible for the loss, misuse or any other activity related to your password and membership account. Notify us immediately if you believe that someone has stolen or used your password without your consent.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

You may at any time cancel your membership, and remove your profile from the site by logging into the site, clicking "My profile", followed by clicking "Account", and then using the membership cancellation option on the Site. For assistance or questions regarding cancelling your account please contact our CUSTOMER SERVICE. Your membership cancelation, should you choose to cancel, is subject to our no refund policy and no portion of any fee will be refunded.

REFUND POLICY

All fees relating to any paid membership and any subsequent automatic renewal fees are non-refundable. You will not be refunded for any membership fees, automatic renewal fees or membership upgrade fees for any reason. Please use due caution when you choose to pay for a paid membership.

PAYMENT AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

By selecting "Bill my Card" or PayPal when selecting any paid membership or promotional offer you confirm that you have read and agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and you agree to be enrolled in our automatic payment renewal program. No portion of any membership fee is refundable. If you did not select a "Lifetime Membership" for a onetime fee, your membership will renew automatically for the same term each time it reaches its expiration date and each subsequent term thereafter. You agree that your credit card, debit card, other approved payment method or PayPal account will be charged the then-current price for each subsequent renewal term. You can change your automatic renewal payment at any time by logging into the site, clicking "My Profile", followed by clicking "Account" then selecting manual payments. By selecting manual payments your credit card, debit card or PayPal account will not be billed automatically and we will contact you to renew your paid membership. You can also contact our Customer Support if you need further assistance. Please note that changing or cancelling your automatic renewal payments will only stop future automatic renewal payments and will not impact any automatic renewal payments that occurred prior to the date of your automatic renewal payment status change. Prices for all paid memberships are in U.S. dollars and exclude any and all applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise. If you become a paid member, you agree to pay, using a valid credit card or other payment method that we accept, you will pay all the applicable fees and taxes set forth in the membership offer that you selected and accepted. We reserve the right to change the amount of any membership fees effective at the end of your then current subscription period. It is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available to cover the charges for your paid membership, and Alumniclass.com has no liability for any overdraft or other fees that you may incur as a result of Alumniclass.com processing your payment.

USING THE SITE

This Site is intended solely for the use of alumni, school faculty and users over the age of 13. It is not intended for use by other parties for any other purpose including investigation or solicitation. The Sites ARE INTENDED FOR USE BY PERSONS OVER THE AGE OF 13. BY ACCESSING A SPECIFIC SCHOOL SITE YOU REPRESENT YOU ARE A STUDENT, FORMER STUDENT OR FACULTY MEMBER AND OVER THE AGE OF 13. Any member found to be under the age of 13 will have their account terminated, and their rights to future use taken away.

Like many other social networking sites, Alumniclass.com monitors and tracks the pages, profiles, photos, comments, other content and other activity of all our registered users on the Sites. This information may be shared with other users, displayed on the site both publically, privately and stored in our systems for our use and study of user trends. This information includes but is not limited in any way to when you visit another member's profile. When you visit, view, comment or in any other way interact with other members, your activity, comments and other information may be displayed on the Sites (without limitation) both publically and privately. When you visit the profiles of other members, we will email these members to inform them their profile has been viewed. This email will inform our users that someone has viewed their profile and the user will be instructed how to obtain the identity of the person which viewed their profile. This may include but is not limited to having to pay for an upgraded membership in order to view this information in accordance with our Paid Membership terms.

By providing information, you are representing and warrant the information is true, complete and accurate. For safety and spam abuse, external e-mail addresses, personal contact information and some website addresses are not allowed to be posted on the Sites. Any member found abusing our sites in any way will lose their membership privileges without refund. ANY UNAUTHORIZED USE, COPYING, REPRODUCTION, MODIFICATION, REPUBLISHING, UPLOADING, DOWNLOADING, POSTING, TRANSMITTING, DISTRIBUTING OR DUPLICATING OR ANY OTHER MISUSE OF ANY CONTENT OF THE SITE IS SUBJECT TO REMOVAL AND TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP. PLEASE NOTE: ONE MUST HAVE THE COPYRIGHTS TO ALL MATERIALS ONE ATTEMPTS TO POST ON THE SITE; IF DISCOVERED, ANY MATERIAL THAT HAS BEEN UPLOADED ILLEGALLY OR WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF THE COPYRIGHT OWNER IT WILL BE REMOVED IMMEDIATELY.

No obscene, offensive or pornographic materials are allowed. Alumniclass.com in its sole discretion shall determine what material, content or otherwise submitted to the Site, is obscene, offensive or pornographic and will, without warning, remove such material.

For military: Military pictures with guns might be allowed in some photos based upon the discretion of the Site Administration.

Alumniclass.com will attempt to monitor the Sites but we cannot guarantee complete accuracy in catching all offensive material. What may be offensive to one user may not be offensive to another user. All members are encouraged and expected to report any potentially offensive content uploaded on the sites. We will not be held liable should a member be offended by something posted, however we will do our best to be mindful of any complaints, and will take any action we deem to be necessary.

YOUR INFORMATION

When you register on the Site you must choose to provide us with certain personal information about yourself or you will not be able to register. This information includes, without limitation, your name, telephone number, address, email or other electronic address and when required your applicable billing information. Return / Exchange / Refund Policy: All orders are custom made. We do not take returns, exchanges or cancellations.

We ship most orders within 7-14 days. We guarantee all our products against manufacturer defects and any errors in the customization of your order that differ from the information you submit to us at the time of your order.
