| About | Rosemary (Rose) Ann Perkins age 72 of Delray Beach, Florida (formerly resided in Dearborn Heights, Michigan), passed away on March 27, 2023. Rose was born on July 19, 1950 in Dearborn, Michigan to loving Italian-American parents John & Margaret Bova. Rose was the beloved wife of 50 years to John V. Perkins. Loving mother of John (Karen) Perkins, Michael (Jennifer) Perkins and Dr. Joseph (Tracy) Perkins. Dear sister of the late Joseph Bova and the late Sr. Margaret Rose Bova OSF. Dearest grandmother of Avery (16), Lucas (15), Nico (15), Mikaela (14), Pressley (11), Evan (11), and Paxton (8). Also survived by sister-in-law Flavia “Freda” Bova. Rose was preceded in death by her parents, John and Margaret Bova. Rose was a proud employee of Manufacturer’s Bank & Comerica Bank for over 40 years in Dearborn Heights, Michigan. Rose & John Perkins were faithful parishioners of The Church of the Divine Child in Dearborn, Michigan for over 32 years. She always loved to shop, garden, and cook for her three boys and 7 grandchildren. She really enjoyed watching her grandchildren grow up and compete in the many sporting events every year. John & Rose relocated to Delray Beach, Florida in 2020. We will miss her beautiful smile and the kindness she showed those around her. Visitation will be on Friday, May 5, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. with a 10:00 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection to follow at The Church of the Divine Child, 1055 N. Silvery Lane, Dearborn, Michigan.
