Fairfax High School 75th Anniversary Celebration

This school year marks Fairfax High's 75th Anniversary, making it the oldest school in Fairfax County! The City of Fairfax as well as Fairfax County Public Schools are working together to make this year the best in 75 years, and we'd like you to celebrate it with us!

Fairfax will kick off the celebration with its annual Homecoming Parade at 4:00 on September 24th. The parade will start at Van Dyke Park and will end at Fairfax High (3501 Rebel Run, Fairfax, VA 22030) At 4:45 or so, right after the tailgate ends, the school will celebrate with a family-friendly tailgate with music, food, and fun! Right after the tailgate, at 7:00, Fairfax Football will play in our Homecoming Game. (Admission is $5 I believe, its the only event that has any costs) Bring all of your friends and family to reminisce in the history of Fairfax High School.

If you'd like to participate in the events, we encourage you to get your old team/class members together and contact us at FairfaxLeadership@yahoo.com. If you're a former Homecoming Queen, we'd like you to participate in the crowning of this years Queen! (Please contact the email above) We'd also like former band members to play in the parade alongside the current ones!
