Friday Evening (June 29th): Whoever is in town and wants to gather, meet at Benny’s Westside around 6:30 for dinner, drinks, socializing. Saturday Morning (June 30th): If you would like, meet at The Copper Kettle for breakfast buffet (around 8:00 – 9:00 am). Following breakfast we can use help setting up and decorating the Hotel. Lunch on your own. Saturday Afternoon – Hotel will be open at 1:00 for gathering and visiting. You might want to check out the museum at 102 W. 4th. It will remain open from 2-4 PM. Be sure to look for the collection of WPA dolls which were found and salvaged during the demolition of the High School. You also may find old photos of classmates and family. 5:30 – 7:00 PM – Social time at the hotel with soft drinks, beer, and wine. (If you want anything stronger, BYOB.) 6:30 PM – Class photograph. We have the photographer booked for this time period so please be there. 7:00 PM – Dinner will be catered by The Copper Kettle followed by a short program, lots of reminiscing and music from the past. Eureka Country Club~ - - Cost is $40 per couple or $25 single - $10 Green fees for golfing~ - - City Park for covered dish dinner at noon.

Friday~June 26th~meet at Lyle's/Half $ 1st & Main for a pre-reunion get together. It is a membership club, but I've talked to Bobbie and she said that we are welcome without a membership that evening since a few of our classmates are members, those who are not will just be guests of those who are. Saturday~June 27th~will be our big day! Noon: Covered dish dinner at the City Park. Bring the kids so everyone can see them. 2pm: Afternoon Tee Time 4pm: Tour Schools 7pm: Buffet Dinner consisting of brisket, cheesy scalloped potatoes, green beans, salad, dinner roll, & Robert Redford dessert. Dance following dinner. Cash bar & 1 (maybe 2) kegs will be available. Those who want to play golf the green fees will be $10 and Brad will be coordinating this. The club only has 3 golf carts, so some people are using other club members carts that they know; or are bringing their own.

EHS Class of 1969 40th Year Reunion

Details:

We will start the day off with a brunch at 10 AM. Other activies of the day will include the all school reunion social at the Eureka Country Club starting at 1PM and the Banquet at the Eureka Jr Sr High School starting at 6PM. (Reservations for the banquet need to be made with the Alumini Association.) We will finish up the day by gathering again at the Phillips Cabin directly after the banquet. Donations will be appreciated on the day of the reunion. We will use the donations to help pay for the costs. Any funds remaining after everything has been paid for will be donated to the EHS Alumni Association.
