BRIAN MANNING USAF-ALUMNI NEWS

He was exceptionally gifted as youngster in highschool attending Encinal 1996-2000. He entered the military service year 2001, as a graduate of Encinal High, in his Senior year 2000 awarded DECCA Leadership Conference, Superintendenant’s Award, and Marketing Leadership Award and is currently a Staff Sergeant of the U.S. Air Force. Completed Military Training, and War Missions; Training Requirements for IAW-13-1A OC Vol (one) l and CONR 10-1 Certified to perform duties of JICO without supervision, CONR Air Operations Center, Norbert Madera, Col, FLANG, Chief Combat Operations Division; Completion of USAF Information Assurance Awareness, Air Force ITE- Learning; Superior Support Operation "NOBLE EAGLE", Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida, from Major General, USAF - M Scoutt Mayers, Joint Force Air Command for a "Job Well Done." and from Norbert Madera, Col. FLANG Chief of Combat Operations Division. Last, Service Medal Award of Honor for AFSR - Operation Nobel Eagle (One); and GWOT-SM Operation Noble Eagle (One).

He has traveled to Iceland and China while in the military after being stationed in Alabama , Florida , Mexico and Arizona . Brian Manning has received numerous honors as a military recruiter endorsed by Congresswoman Barbara Lee, Patrick ONeal, Recruiting Officer and the Mayor Withrow of Alameda:
