The Alumni Wall of Fame
Instructions: Complete the form below; enter the full name and graduating class of the individual, and their photo (optional), along with their story. The person in question must be a graduate of Elsinore. You will also be required to submit some form of verification to prove that this person's story is in fact true. You can do this by attaching your document, whether it be a scanned newspaper article or some other document, with the options below. After making your submission, we will review your story and approve or reject it.
