About	Everett F. (Butch) Dugan passed away after a short illness, on Monday, Sept. 20, 2004, from heart problems, at the age of 62. He was born in Akron, Ohio on Oct. 27, 1941, to Murrel and Ocie Dugan. He graduated from Ellet High School in 1960 and served three years in the U.S. Army. He was retired with 36 years of service from Lockheed Martin, and was a proud U.A.W. member. He was also a lifetime member of Portage-Summit Field and Stream Club, and worked for many years as an adult volunteer with the local Boy Scouts. He was preceded in death by his parents; in-laws, Jack and Louise Hohl; and brothers-in-law, Leo Hohl and Dan Ruttig. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Jeannette; son and daughter-in-law, Jack and Kristine; brother, jim (Reba) Dugan and family of Conneautville, PA; sister Jayne (Art) Hohl and family of Akron; sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Ruttig and family of Akron, and Beverly Hohl and family of Hollywood, FL. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the doctors and nurses at Akron General Medical Center for their kindness and care. Friends and family may call on Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Newcomer-Farley Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd.
