| About Me | Following graduation, I embarked on a career in retail banking, working with TCF and 5/3 Bank. In 2013, I moved to the DC area and continued my banking career while completing my undergraduate degree. Seeking a change, I transitioned into the technology sales and operations field, joining Intuit as an Account Executive and SalesOps consultant. However, the onset of Covid led to a workforce reduction, and I left Intuit. This moment prompted me to deepen my expertise in operations and analytics, leading me to pursue an MBA. Concurrently, I took on a role as a project management analyst with a tech consulting firm, which brought me to the city of brotherly love, Philadelphia, in 2021. Post-MBA and at the end of my consulting project, I joined MetLife's agile delivery team, contributing to their Salesforce agile release train.
