About	Passed away in a motorcycle accident... FLAHERTY James "Jamie" Charles Flaherty, 19, born October 8, 1986 in Jacksonville, Florida passed away June 24, 2006. Jamie was a 2005 graduate of Ed White High School. He attended FCCJ, where he received many awards from the Arts department. Jamie loved life so much. He loved his family and friends above everything else. He either wanted to be on his motorcycle or at the beach. Jamie loved surfing. As an avid swimmer and diver he won many awards. He loved fishing, soccer and was a first degree black belt in Karate. Survivors include his mother and father, James J. Flaherty and Elizabeth Catherine Flaherty, grand parents, Charles Flaherty and Isabel Chicco along with his beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, other family members, and many many friends. He will also be greatly missed by his beloved cat, Kato; a dog, Shadow and the newest member of the family a cat named Gizmo. Visitations will be held for two days at the funeral home, Wednesday, June 28th, 2006 from 3-5 pm and from 7-9 pm,and again Thursday, June 29th, 2006, from 3-5 pm. A funeral service will be held 2 pm Friday, June 30th, 2006 in the chapel of the funeral home, with the Pastor Richard Sweat officiating. Interment will immediately follow at Riverside Memorial Park.
