EAHS Class of 1976
Join us for our 45th Reunion Gathering at Emery Park Ski Lodge!
Cost: $30 per person or $50 per couple, includes venue fee, food, non-alcoholic beverages, and incidentals. Please RSVP to this event, listing individual names. (Couples, please sign up, per person - so we have an accurate count. Include the name of your partner/spouse in the comment section.)
Please RSVP and make payment by July 10th. Payment can be made in the following fashions:

Your pre-paid RSVP includes: Grilled hamburgers, hot dogs, and sausages, and side dishes, along with lemonade, iced tea, coffee, assorted sodas, and water.
We will provide a link in the near future to sign up and help with set up and clean up, manning the check-in and participating in the open mic hour.
Timing
2-3 pm Set up and Check-in - please sign up to help with set up and check in!
3-6 pm Socialize/Food/Games – Bring games if you have any, food will be around 4:30
6-7 pm Socialize/Open Mic - if you plan to participate we’ll have a sign-up.
7-8 pm Socialize
8-9 Clean up - please plan to help clean up!
Covid Policy - We'll follow NYS mandates at the time of registration deadline. Currently, if you're vaccinated, you can go without masking and social distancing. If you are unvaccinated, we’ll ask that you follow social distancing and wear a mask. Regardless of the policy - please respect the wishes of anyone you socialize with at this event.
BYOB - and please drink responsibly. Beer and wine only, no kegs, no hard liquor...these are park permit rules.
Lastly – if you are in contact with any classmates who are not on Facebook or classmates.com – please invite them to connect with us, and/or ask them to email eahs1976@gmail.com (Confidentiality requests will be honored.) If you know of any classmates who are ill, or who have passed away, please provide that information, too.
Any classmates who do not wish to stay connected are welcome to “opt out” – by sending that information (and at least his/her name) to the class email address. Just put “opt out” in the subject line, along with his/her name.
