Eagan grad releases new book

Tyrel Nelson ('98) released his latest book, "Those Darn Stripes", on May 11, 2011.

Teaching English in another country gave Eagan High School alum Tyrel Nelson plenty to write about.

Nelson, age 30, recently published a 114-page book called "Stories from Ecuador: A Collection by Tyrel Nelson." He spent a year teaching in the country between September 2007 and September 2008, and the book documents the friends he made, the places he taught and the beauty of the country he lived in.
