About	Chuck D, as we called him, met an unexpected end after he stepped out onto his front lawn to speak with an unknown assailant in Rosharon, TX. As of July 2017, no convictions has been made. The 2 detectives working the case made a break in the case and presented substantial evidence to the Brazoria County DA, however, the DA office has been slow to bring any charges. Family and friends must contact the DA's office to remind them we're still anxiously awaiting justice.
