About	LOREEN M. "LORIE" WEME Loreen M. "Lorie" Weme, 39, of Piedmont Avenue, died Friday, Oct. 31, 1997, in her home. Born in Duluth on Aug. 11, 1958, to Edward and Lois Williams Weme, Lorie was a 1977 graduate of Denfeld High School and also graduated from University of Wisconsin-Superior as a para-legal. She then worked as purchasing agent at Park Point Manor in Duluth before moving to St. Charles, Ill., where she was the switchboard operator at Delnor Hospital. Lorie has spent the last eight years providing home care for her mother and father. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church. Her niece, Melissa Ann Weme, and great-nephew, Jacob Mathew Weme, preceded her in death. Besides her parents, she is survived by sisters Barbara (Jess) Weme Ramirez of Maple Park, Ill., Nancy (Stephen) Weme McRae of Saginaw and Pamela Weme Sakells of Duluth; brothers Ronald (Cindy) Weme of Cloquet and Richard (Julie) Weme of Duluth; 13 nephews and nieces; and eight grandnieces and grandnephews.
