About	Guy William LaDean ~ 3/16/58 – 8/4/07 Guy William LaDean, 49, of Duluth, died Saturday, Aug. 4, 2007 at his residence. He was born in Duluth on March 16, 1958 to Ronald and Lola LaDean. His mother, Lola passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2007. Guy was a U. S. Navy veteran serving on the USS Hector. He worked for the City of Duluth Parks Department where he maintained the gardens at Enger Tower and the Civic Center. Guy was an artist, he enjoyed painting murals and was currently working on a project at the San Marcos Building. He was preceded in death by his father; a nephew, Mike LaDean and uncles, Vernon Bakken and Ed LaDean. He is survived by a sister, Cindy Zylka of Duluth; a brother, Dean LaDean of Grand Rapids, Minn; nephews, Ronald W. LaDean and Thomas LaDean; a niece, Nicole LaDean; maternal grandmother, Alma Bakken of Duluth; a great-niece and two great-nephews.
