About	Vincent W. Gould IV, 65, died October 24, 2022 at his home in DeLand, Florida. His service of memory will be held Saturday, November 5, 2022 at First Presbyterian Church DeLand, 724 N. Woodland Blvd., DeLand at 11:00am. There will be a family graveside service held at a later date. He graduated from DeLand High School in 1975. Vince was a 4th generation DeLandite, born October 15, 1957 in DeLand, Florida. He attended Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida He started the Lake Helen Jaycees and served as President. He enjoyed membership in the Jaycees for many years. He was a Realtor and Property Manager with Vincent’s Realty, LLC and member of West Volusia Board of Realtors. Prior to becoming a realtor he worked as a carpenter at Stetson University. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, golfing, boating and wood working. His craftmanship is very much present in his intricate woodwork design displayed in the interior of V. W. Gould Agency, Inc. He loved sports and has won many trophies while doing competitive motocross racing and was an accomplished competitive water skier. He has coached a Vincent’s Realty basketball team. He is survived by his parents Vincent W. and Faye S. Gould; one brother Stephen S. Gould (Nancy) of DeLand: sisters Karen Murin (Allen) of DeLand and Gail Nearing (Dave) of Alpharetta, Georgia; 8 nieces and nephews; 10 great nieces and nephews and numerous lifetime friends. He is remembered for his sense of humor, kind heart, love of family and friends. He is loved and will be greatly missed by all that knew him. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to First Presbyterian Church DeLand Pastor Discretionary Fund.
