About	Around 11:45 p.m. on June 18, police were called to Sioux and Woodland NW, near 12th and Menaul, for reports of a shooting. When they got there they found Ann Charrette, 44, in a vacant lot with a gunshot wound in her side. Her friend, Lawrence Jaramillo, had been shot in the arm. Charrette was taken to the University of New Mexico Hospital, where she died.
