Just a regular casual roof top cash bar that is open to the public, not reserved. AND if it rains or it's too hot there's a beautiful bar just downstairs in Mediterraneo...perfect! AND there are games on the roof too - ping pong, mini golf and sometimes floor (versus board) Chess....
