About Event
This 40th class reunion will happen around the same time as the Homecoming Football game (7 pm kickoff) for CRHS 2017 (there will be a charge for tickets and possibly parking).There is going to be an "Alumni" tent set up at one end of the football field for all CRHS Alumni to visit and reunite and have some food and beverage. We would like for all to attend the game on Friday Oct 20, 2017. (We will have a banner to mark a spot for us all to sit together at the top of the stands) and then on Saturday Oct 21, 2017 we will all meet at Hunter Springs (American-Legion Beach) for a (bring your own) picnic lunch (11 AM - 2 PM- pavilion reserved). Saturday evening ~ 6PM-10 PM we will have an "informal" get together at the Crystal River Golf Club and Rumors Bar & Bistro - first a gathering at the Rumors bar ( for cocktail hour) ~ 6 PM and then inside for a "pay your own way" buffet dinner (pay at the door $15 (tax and gratuity included) from 7-8PM and then a DJ with music to dance to from 8-10 PM. Sunday if you would like to get together for a breakfast before you head back home we can arrange this during Saturday's get together.
Recommended Hotels
There are 2 hotels that we have reserved 10 blocks of rooms for each hotel - The Holiday Inn Express (1203 NE 5th Street, Crystal River, FL 352-563-1111) and The Hampton Inn (1103 N. Suncoast Parkway, Crystal River, FL 352-564-6464). We have them locked in for $119/per room (plus 11% Tax) per night with up to 4 people per room. (2 Queen Beds - Non-Smoking) For Oct 20, 2017 (Friday) and Oct 21, 2017 (Saturday). Please use the following information to reserve your room: The group is under CR High School Reunion - Group Code: L-CRH
Please make sure to use this when making a reservation. The reservation cut-off date is 09/20/17 - any rooms not reserved by this date will go back to the hotel inventory. Let me know if there are any problems in doing this.

The buffet dinner will be $15 per person (includes tax and gratiluity) bbq pulled pork, baked beans, coleslaw and pasta salad. If you don't want the buffet, there will be a limited menu you may order from.

OK- here I am asking again - for pictures - please send me your CRHS pics - maybe one of you still has the "Class" picture of us in our cap and gowns seated on the concrete stands? I have one, but I just can't locate it! I would like to make up a "Collage" of different pictures to use at the dinner at the 40th Class reunion, so please scan them and send them to me. They can be of you and your friends, your car, pics around the campus, at the sporing events, dances, cap and gown, whatever...just something to "remember" those times.
